Hidden Health Indicators Behind Melasma in Women –Know the Facts?

Dainik India News, new Delhi, Special Report; Melasma is a common issue observed among women today. But did you know that it is not merely a cosmetic concern, but could also indicate serious underlying health conditions? This claim comes from an experienced health expert who has studied and treated over 100 such cases. According to him, melasma in women is often linked to their overall physical health, particularly the reproductive system.

As per the expert, melasma frequently appears after childbirth or following any treatment related to the uterus (womb).
He explains that by observing the location of melasma on the face, one can identify potential issues in the uterus or ovaries:

👉 Melasma on the tip or sides of the nose — may indicate problems in the cervix (the lower part of the uterus).
👉 Melasma on the upper part of the nose — may suggest potential issues in the upper part of the uterus.
👉 Melasma near the eyes and ears — may signal problems related to the ovaries, as this area symbolically represents the ovaries.
👉 Melasma on the forehead — the expert believes this points to liver disorders, especially excessive bile production and imbalance in bile secretion.

Today, women often resort to expensive treatments such as chemical peeling and other cosmetic procedures to eliminate melasma. However, these rarely provide permanent relief. The expert suggests that permanent results can only be achieved by addressing the internal causes.

What is the solution?
The expert’s recommendations include:
✅ A balanced and nutritious diet
✅ Organic supplements
✅ Regular practice of exercises such as Kegel

These methods not only help in reducing melasma but also improve a woman’s overall health.
