Dainik India News, June 15, 2024, Lucknow: Harsh, a student of the renowned defense competitive training institute Warriors Defence Academy, has made his parents and the academy proud by achieving success in being selected as an officer in the Indian Army through his relentless efforts and determination. This valiant son of Lucknow has brought glory to the city’s name and set an example for others. Overcoming the pain of constant failures, he succeeded on his 12th attempt, qualifying for the officer’s post through the Services Selection Board.
It is noteworthy that Harsh also secured admission to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow this year. Despite this achievement, his lifelong dream and goal have always been to serve as an officer in the Army and contribute to national security. Choosing the Army over the lucrative prospects offered by IIM is a bold and courageous step towards realizing his dream.
The Warriors Defence Academy has hailed Harsh’s commendable decision as exemplary for other students and organized a grand felicitation ceremony in his honor. The event was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the institute’s patron Jitendra Pratap Singh and president Gulab Singh. The ceremony was graced by chief guest Jitendra Pratap Singh, special guest Commander (Retd.) Yogesh Dutta, Major Naman, President Gulab Singh, and all faculty members.
