Jitendra Pratap Singh, President of Rashtriya Sanatan Mahasangh, Emphasizes Holistic Development
Dainik India news,Lucknow: Recently, Warriors Defence Academy organized a special debate competition on the topic “Technology Advanced Versus Nature.” The aim of the event was to promote knowledge beyond textbooks among children. This initiative was in line with the call of the state’s Governor Anandiben Patel, who stressed the importance of studying nature, history, and geography in depth.
Governor Anandiben Patel, in a recent convocation ceremony at the Language University, highlighted that children should be aware of the external world and nature alongside their course books. She emphasized that such knowledge contributes to their holistic development and helps shape them into responsible citizens.
The event was graced by Jitendra Pratap Singh, National President of the Rashtriya Sanatan Mahasangh, as the chief guest. Among the distinguished guests were Gulab Singh, President of Barriers Defence Academy, Harindra Singh, Editor of Dainik India News, and Rudresh, Senior Teacher of Warriors Defence Academy.
In his address, Jitendra Pratap Singh underscored the importance of understanding both the advantages and disadvantages of technology. He pointed out that technology has brought revolutionary changes in fields such as education, healthcare, communication, and security, simplifying life. However, he also warned that the overuse of technology could cause serious harm to the environment.
The debate competition saw active participation from students who discussed various aspects of technology. Team A focused on the benefits of technology, while Team B highlighted the adverse effects and the importance of nature conservation. After a rigorous discussion, the judges declared Team B as the winner for effectively arguing that the improper use of technology could severely damage nature.
On this occasion, Jitendra Pratap Singh praised India’s efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. He remarked, “During COVID-19, India performed better than many other countries. The intelligence and efficiency of our doctors and scientists were commendable. They prioritized quality and human service, making a mark on the global stage.”
In his concluding remarks, Jitendra Pratap Singh urged children to use technology responsibly to prevent environmental harm. He recommended that schools prioritize natural studies to ensure future generations can protect nature.
The organizers of Warriors Defence Academy assured that they would continue hosting such programs, keeping Governor Anandiben Patel’s call in mind, to teach children the balance between technology and nature.
